At Glowax.co, we are committed to delivering a pleasant and reliable experience with every purchase. Please read through our policies carefully before placing your order.
1.Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Each Glowax candle is handcrafted with care, and due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we are happy to assist with any valid concerns through our replacement process.
2. Replacements
f your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Share your order number and contact information.
Please note that replacements are only issued for unused items in their original condition, excluding damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across Bangladesh.
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- Delivery charge will vary from area to area.
- We use Pathao as our delivery partner.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
- Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled till the confirmation call has been made.
After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
- Custom Orders
All custom orders require 50% advance payment, and are non-refundable. We accept custom orders only in bulk quantities which can be as low as 20 pieces. The prices may vary depending on the quantity of your order, feel free to contact us over the phone, E-Mail or social media to further discuss the matter of quantity and prices. Replacements will only be provided if the product arrives damaged or defective.
